Basic Requirements For renting a bike/Scooty from Kumaun Roadies

The rider must be 20 years or older of age a bike. If the rider is under the stipulated age, his or her order will be canceled without any refund. The user shall be holding a valid two-wheeler driver’s license.

Indian Nationals –  Deposit Original Address proof  (Aadhar card / Passport / Voter I.D or any ID issued by Gov.) Security Deposit* (refunded when the bike is returned).

Foreign Nationals –  Deposit a Photocopy of the Passport, original copy of the return flight ticket, and Driving License photocopy. Security deposit (refunded when the bike is returned post adjusting for non-engine damages).

Refunds & Cancellation-

prior to 4 Days before pick-up time, 25% of the rental amount will be refunded.
4 Days - 1 Day, 50% refund will be applicable.
1 Day - 0 hrs or after pick-up time, No refund shall be applicable.
No refund shall be applicable for Cash Pick-Up Bookings.
A 100% refund shall be entitled if the booked bike cannot be delivered due to some unforeseen circumstances or in case the bike develops a quality problem.

Damage/Loss Policy-

The Rider agrees he/she shall return the bike/scooty in the same condition as when he/she rented the bike/scooty.  
Any damage or failure will be charged up to the amount required to make the bike serviceable using genuine spare parts of the bike/scooty.
The rider shall drop the Bike/Scooty from where to pick it up. Day rental drop-off time is 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

DRIVING RULES AND REGULATIONS

the rider has to follow all the traffic rules while driving; Kumaun Roadies shall not be responsible in case of any kind of negligence. All challans will be paid by the rider himself.
Kumaun Roadies shall not be responsible for any consequences if the rider is riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 
In case of an accident under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the rider will have to pay all the damage charges occured.
You may not use our bike & scooty for racing purposes without written permission. For such misuse of bike may impose a fine of Rs 30K.
You are not allowed to perform any stunts like wheelies, stoppies, burnouts etc using our rental vehicle. If you are found involved in such misuse of our bikes, a fine of Rs. 35k will be payable by you.
